Mad Catz to make dance game for GC

November 02, 2004 - Mad Catz, otherwise known for its extensive line of gaming controllers and other peripherals, today announced its first software project: MC Groovz Dance Crazy, the first dancing game developed specifically for the Nintendo GameCube.


The title will offer 29 songs from artists such as Jessica Simpson, Kevin Lyttle and Jewel. Dance alone or with a good-natured pal in modes like Just Dance, Dance Together, Dance Face Off and Dance Work Out.

MC Groovz Dance Crazy is set to appear this holiday season in both a pared-down, game-only version, as well as the whole shebang, dance pad included.
