Man Beheaded On Bus

Don't know if you guys have heard the police radio transmissions yet when they pulled up to the bus but here is what was said over it. Please don't click on the spolier alert if you are young or have a weak stomach. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!
They said that when they pulled up the guy was at the back of the bus using a pair of scissors cutting off parts of the skin and eating it and yes that does sound ridicules but you can hear the radio broadcast on Liveleak and this was after he had already cut the poor guys head off.
 
Absolutely horrific. I've been a passenger on the route where this happened (between Brandon and Winnipeg, Manitoba), and to hear about something like this is very unnerving. The victim was only 22 years old, sleeping, listening to his head phones on a 40 minute bus trip...

I'm curious as to what set this dude off since it appears this guy was a total stranger to the victim.

I have heard something along the lines of this. Yes, very horrorific and tragic. I can only assume the man must've gone mad.
