Mega Man IV NES arriving soon on the Virtual Console?

It was already released in Japan and Europe (3 days ago). This is my favorite Mega Man out of the group, not as amazing as 2 or 3. Just for the fact it had an interesting story to tell by having a new villain in charge instead of Dr. Wily as a temp-position. Plus, this was the first Mega Man to introduce the "Mega Buster" weapon. The robot boss masters were an odd mix, (Pharaoh Man comes to mind) but lovable. Soundtrack was top-notch.
 
I imagine it will, hope so for the sake of most consumers anyway. Me personally, I got it already from the Japanese release. But it runs perfectly fine on the NES emulator for Wii, so I see no point, unless you don't own the original.
