What's even more odd, is according to this link, the long lost "Mega Man Mania" for GBA is still on release for Feb 15th! Yet I heard rumors it was canned
 
Mega Man Mania was suppose to be released 2 years ago with Mega Man Anniversary Collection (PS2/Cube)

This GBA game was a 5 in 1 cart with Mega Man 1-2-3-4-5 from the GameBoy black and white days. With bonus art gallery.

Note: These GB games were not ports of the NES games, but more of a remix of each, except Mega Man 5 on GameBoy was an entirely new game...

Sadly, since It's been delayed for too long and Capcom claims the project has been frozen.
 
exactly, those files of the classic GameBoy games are very small and a normal GBA cart can hold SO much..it doesnt make any sense
