Mercs 2 delayed

Well, it looks like Mercenaries 2, scheduled for release this holiday season, will be delayed until 2008. Its not completely official, but EA seems to be sending some mixed messages on this one, and I'm starting to think we're gonna have to wait a while to play this one. :-\

I highly recommend it. Its probably the best GTA-type game, other than GTA itself of course, and this one looks like its really raising the bar, especially because of the online co-op they're putting in it.
 
It's probably for the better. January through August is usually pretty dry for games. But with all the stuff that got pushed back, we might not have a drought in 08! That would be interesting. :)
