I used to drink 3/4 gallon of water per day... and have 1 mt dew... because I used to drink all Mt. dew

Now I am back to Sobe and Dew :lol and 1/4 gal of water.

gotta get back to the waaahhhtteer stuff :lol

The secret to drinking water instead of pop is to just not buy any pop. If water is the only thing available, you have to make the healthy choice.
 
I'd rather grab water at home instead of soda or anything. Not sure why, I just do. If I'm on the computer, I could drink glass after glass of water w/out even realizing what I'm doing.
