Most Underrated (EGA's VGA's 2008)

This game’s merits are obvious, its charm is evident, and its design is impeccable; at least to you. For one reason or another, critical acclaim and/or the public eye never quite reached this title, despite its noticeable pedigree. Evidence that supernatural forces beyond our control are at work on this planet, this game had a rogue invisibility buff active on it any time someone walked past it in a store, but when you walked by its Charisma shot up +10. The winner of this award will finally get the attention it deserves, which will come as great comfort to the now bankrupt and jobless designers, programmers, and artists who helped make it.

Patapon definitely is underrated. It's shame that such a great concept is overlooked so much.

Patapon seems to have been ignored by many people on the PSN (virtually everyone PS owner is on the PSN, the network of PLaystation games). Ultimately the game is deserving of its sequel which is coming in 2009.

The demo is excellent and should be downloaded. IT would be nice to see it make its way to the PS3 games to download and play on it so that it gets more coverage, however for PSP owners the demo is excellent. The game is definitely a great way to combine an action oriented game with rhytm controls and short term memory . Oh mighty Patapon, lead us!

Patapon 2 and Locoroco 2 can't come sooner.
