My Wii is Glowing? ...

um... I already did the update... but my Wii is glowing. it is on standby at the present... but why is it still glowing?

Maybe I am wrong, but I thought it was only supposed to glow when updating? I can tell it is not updating because the wireless router has no activity going through it.

Mine was glowing last night too. The Wii is haunted!!
 
That's awkward *Doesn't have a Wii yet*

Uhm, kinda a topic hijack but does anyone know anything about "official released from nintendo about a Wii 2"? My dad/brother insist to me that Nintendo officially announced that they're working on Wii 2 already... true/false?

just an update of my glowing wii.... It's still glowing....   ::D
I wonder if it's the forecast channel doing that?  or if they patched the system to glow more?

If anyone knows what the deal is... please post here.

It was funny.... I thought I was seeing things this morning... I kept seeing a blue glow here and there... I was like  WTH?!  Then I looked over at the Wii for a minute and it was just SLOWLY pulsing a blue glow.

ok... it stopped glowing only after I powered down the system and all...

I am going to leave it on standby all night to see if it glows again...

Actually... It was Nintendo's message that they added the Forecast Channel.... I just noticed that this am around 2. I opened it and it stopped glowing.

Does that mean when we have a message it glows like that? that's rather cool. No.. I haven't added friends to my console yet... so I don't know :)

Erm.. that thing on the bottom right corner. That button, you know? With the "messages" icon and a numerical value? That board! :)
 
ah... I never referred to that as the message board :) I thought that was just the "mail central" or whatever.

Lol yeah, looks like Sartori answered it before I did. Griff told me about it when he hooked it up for me my first day having it.
