So I got this game last night, and I have to say, I'm highly disappointed. It's an exact rip-off of Animal Crossing. Take away the cute big-head small-bodied animal friends and replace them with cute big-head small-bodied human friends. That seems to be the only difference to me. You go about your stay in whatever town you want planting flowers, helping out residents, and visiting the shops. I guess another difference is you can go out to the city and the woods...but there's little or nothing to do in each of the various locations. So far, I've visited the mayor, mayor's grandson, flower shop girl, police officer, and the tailor. The various activities I have to do are helping out local citizens and planting flowers....

I'll keep you updated. Just thank god I got this for free. I dont' recommend paying for this game.
 
The Wii version is way better. They left out a lot in the DS one. If you have a Wii you should rent it so you can see the differences.
 
I hope the Wii version's better. Hopefully it's not $50 on the Wii either. :lol It just doesn't seem anywhere near as deep and involving as either the past Sims or even Animal Crossing.
 
No problem. I know some people here don't have all the money in the world to spend on video games...so it's my duty to warn others to stay away from the bad ones. :)
