Need help with Smackdown! vs Raw

I love this game, but unfortunately this is the very first wresting game I play seriously. (as in I have played others, but either a) drunk, b) didn't pay attention or c) both). The biggest and dumbest questions is as simple as how do you fill up the finishing meter? The second question goes as follows: How do you win? (this is almost too embarrasing to ask, but the manual don't tell me anything. I have found a few FAQ's as well, but they all assume you already know.)

Omg! Im pretty sure the manual tells you how to win and fill up your finishing move meter. Well its like all the SmackDown games, you keep beating the opponent and doing moves, etc and you'll see your meter go up each time. To win you usually do your finishing move and pin your opponent, to pin I think you need to press circle and down on the d-pad at the same time.
 
Like Royce said, but i'm pretty sure the manual tells you almost everything. If you're still stuck then www.gamefaqs.com (just type the game in the search bar) will tell you everything you need to know.
