Your right, where are my manners? adding ESPN3, improved Zune, Netflix, Last.fm, refreshed Avatars to help the Kinect sensor, and a new voice codec for chat. Different sound effects for using the menus.
 
Ah that's why, stuff I don't use on the very rare occasion that I get on there anymore :-\ . The new noises it makes and the bootup screen is cool though.

Which is very understandable. Yes the new bootup screen is shiny. ^_^
 
I don't like all the white. The old format seemed a little more colorful and welcoming. This is just bland
