Now im really glad I own a DS. This game is going to rock.

Features
# Over 30 courses
# Approximately half of the courses are new
# 8 Player Single-Card download play
# 4 Player online mode via Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection
# You can choose the same characters in Multiplayer mode, for example, everyone can be Mario but you will be able to tell the difference because of the players names over the karter's head.

I also heard that Nintendo is coming out with a peripheral that connects to your computer that makes your internet connection wireless. So that for those who dont have a wireless router can still hook up online with your DS.

Why is this different?

If you could play 8 player wirelessly... why not via Nintendo WI-FI?

This game sounds like most Nintendo games. So amazing it makes third party games look (and sell like crap). I can't wait for this to come out though!
