I was looking around the web when I found a list of these old(some not so old) nick shows.

-Invader Zim(IMO the last great show on nick, spongebob is retarded)

Omg, now I remember why I used to watch that channel so much. It's filled with a bunch of stupid crap nowadays. I just wish I could remember more about the shows, the one's in the early to mid 90's I have very limited memories of but I remember watching them at least once. I hope some of these have DVDs.
 
Omg. I remember those! Those shows were on back when it was actually fun watching Nickelodeon. I haven't seen any DVDs for any of these, but I never really looked either. ;)
 
That used to be the best channel to watch on tv. Now if I walk by the living room and my sister is watching Nickelodeon, the shows are really lame. I dont know if its because we arent young anymore, to where the shows appeal to us? but I know for sure that those old shows were amazing.
 
I don't know. My brother's 8 and he hasn't watched Nick in at least 2 years now.

He absolutely hates the shows they show on there nowadays. All he watches is Cartoon Network.
 
I think its a combination of us growing up and the shows getting dumber. By the way I loved Ren and Stimpy. The show was way more mature than the average nick toon.
 
I used to love watching Rugrats and Doug... lol, Quailman was the best ::) /daydreams
Did anyone ever used to watch 'Uh Oh!'? that show started to annoy me after awhile.
 
*Sigh* Those bring back so many memories... Legends of the Hidden Temple, The Adventures of Pete and Pete, and Doug were the best by far. God, if Nick was as good as it was back then, I would still be watching it, as old as I am. Everynow and then I catch a rerun of one of those shows and I ALWAYS watch them.

Oh, and why isn't What Would You Do? on that list?

I don't know... I still find the channel just as funny as ever.

Salute your Shorts was friggin hilarious... but then again.... it wouldn't be as funny today I don't think.

Pete and Pete..... I used to watch that all the time. In fact, my sophmore year of highschool.... they played EVER episode of Pete and Pete back to back. I watched that of course.

I know its part growing up... but I think its more of "change of taste" than anything. People move on after awhile... and thats what I think most people do.

Personally... I like watching Lazy Town with my kids.
Don't forget the Nick Cannon show. Thats not on anymore (which sucks because that was HILARIOUS!)
The Secret of Alex Mac (I believe)

There was some alien show as well..... where these kids would go to a ship on a beach. They were chased by bugs sometimes. It was more of an older kids show, but I remember that as well... not the name though :(

Doug (When ABC took over, Doug went to crap)
The Adventures of Pete and Pete <--- Arty...the strongest man....IN THE WORLD!! :D (Btw the entire series is on DVD now, I'd recommend to find it)
Ren and Stimpy <--- the main reason I went back to Nick
Rocko's Modern Life (I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU GUYS DIDN'T MENTION ROCKO! shame!)
Salute your shorts was funny, Donkey Lips starred in a cheesy Horror Flick called "The Willies" great movie for horror film fans

and I'm taking it wayyyy back...to 1987...the classic Nick show that made Nick's "SLIME" famous....

"YOU CAN'T DO THAT ON TELEVISION!"...this Canadian comedy show starring a cast of kids doing some outrageous jokes and put Nick on the map
 
Rocko's Modern Life is the greatest Nickelodeon show ever. 8) Another show that was funny but got cancelled is My Cousin Skeeter. You know the only Nickelodeon show where the main charaxter is a puppet. :lol
 
when I used to have the channel Nick GAS (games and sports) I would always watch nick arcade and legends of the hidden temple. Brings back lots of memories.
