I try and use normal sugar in my coffee, but I'm afraid of getting too much in my system.I'm currently using "Sugar Twin",but I'm afraid it might have dangerous chemicals.Anyone know anything that might help me choose between the two?

God Bless,
Kaz

DO NOT use artificial sweeteners. You're far better off with the sugar. Artificial sweeteners are full of crap you shouldn't be ingesting. One of which is usually aspartame, which is known to cause cancer. There are other bad things in them as well. Now, that being said there is a natural sweetener that your body doesn't absorb. It's called Stevia which you can find in a lot of brands and big one being Truvia.

Polygon hit it on the head. I do take in some aspartame everyday with a couple diet dews, but I really try to limit it and just drink water mostly. Honestly, that's the nice thing about water, you can drink as much as you want of it without worry.

Sugar in the Raw = non refined sugar

That is my preference. Though I do drink some things with sucralose since is it a sugar molecule with a sodium group that prevents it from being metabolized like sugar on the cellular level.

In order to get cancer from aspartame, and the like, you have to ingest ungodly amounts every day for years. Personally I hate the taste. And that is why I avoid it.

Sugar is actually the best, and even that should be used in moderation.

splenda in my tea..

imperial pure cane sugar in my Dr. Pepper.

whatever the companies use in their sodas.
