As to whether Tom Clancy's HAWX and 2K Sports' MLB2K9 will be the first games to feature the NXE update -- as the rumor suggested -- Major Nelson could not confirm. But, from here on out, expect the update to be included on all retail game discs.
Sounds like Microsoft is acting like Sony's PS3 with updates built-in. Yet a very nice feature I must say!
