The game you've been dying to hear about....

Many games look "meh" until you actually play them :) I honestly don't see how anybody could not like KOTOR, it offers something for everybody to enjoy.

Probably..but there's people out there who don't like it. Just watching my friend play it on his Xbox didn't seem like something I wanted to play though.

Again, watching and actually playing are entirely different. Either way, it's no big deal. If you aren't interested in the topic then just don't post in it :)

But I'm just stating an opinion. It doesn't always have to be a positive one to be allowed in a topic. I might have fun if I actually played the game, and I hope I will have a chance to play one in the future, cause of all the hype...but right now I just don't have the slightest urge to. :-\

It's all good. I guess I just did not see any point or relevance to coming in this thread saying the KOTOR games don't interest you. I mean, I could be completely wrong, but it seems like you posted it solely to stir up crap. For me personally, I would have just kept the comment to myself since I know the thread was intended for fans of the games. But, I apologize since I do not have the right to tell you where you can and cannot post. I do hope you can play the game sometime because the character interaction, character development, and storyline are some of the finest in gaming history.

This is supposedly gonna be the Kotor MMO, which would be good if this article did not also state that talks with Lucasarts about Kotor 3 breaking down lea to the funding of the Force Unleashed.  An MMO is a poor substitute for Kotor 3. :nope

BioWare games in general are usually quite boring to watch. It's just completely different if you are sitting there, immersed in the game though.

Nah, but if anyone says anything bad about a popular game, people will usually think that person is trying to stir up trouble..this is not the case.

Yeah, x2 said that before. :lol

But like I said, I hope I get to try it out one day...but no game is loved by everyone.

Not really that interested in it.

I'm in that position as well. My roommate brought this announcement to my attention, and while we rarely agree on video games neither of us liked KOTOR. I really don't get those games, to be honest. But, in the spirit of what was just discussed, I'm not here to argue for or against this new game, just to give my two cents worth.

Yet again I just have to ask why? If you are a fan of video games I simply do not see how you could not like KOTOR as it basically exemplifies everything a good game should be. Again, the character development is as deep as it gets, the landscapes are varied and interesting, the main story and character sub-stories are as well written as any great movie, the mini games are fun, the voice acting is perfect, the replay value is excellent, and most of all the gameplay is phenomenal due to the high amounts of character customization. I am not saying you aren't entitled to an opinion, nor am I looking for an argument, I am just literally asking what about the game you didn't like?
