PalTalk has filed a lawsuit against Microsoft for patent infringement in the Halo games for both Xbox and Xbox 360. PalTalk claimed that the Halo games violates its patent of online real-time multiplayer games, which they bought from MPath before Microsoft. Microsoft argued that PalTalk's patent was based on old dial-up network communications, which didn't cover the way Halo games work. PalTalk is asking for $90 million.

People are so stupid...just get over yourselves and realize your stuff isn't as good as Microsofts.
