Phantasy Star online Question (Xbox / Cube versions)

ok.... when you play online with the Xbox and the Cube versions.... they are on totally different servers right?

OR can they actually play cube versions with the Xbox versions? Just somehow the Xbox versions are limited on the additional content and GBA games that are in PSO on the Gamecube...

Anyone know for sure? I am figuring they are all on different servers and all and the versions do not play together.

Arent' there some games where you can play from any system on the same server? That'd be cool if PSO was like that.

PSO, different servers. No cross platform palying. FFXI is the best example of cross platform, the 360, PS2, and PC all use the same servers.

Two different serves, no you cant play with each other since it's two different systems/serves. Xbox verison is much much more limited, but they get a few special quest, but nothing to brag about.

The downside to the Xbox verison, is you NEED the Xbox Live headset to play OFFLINE mode...plus, unlike the Cube verison, you can ONLY play on the USA servers....while Cube is just like the DC verison..you can go to Japan, USA, or Europe servers...

Bottom line here, stick with the Cube BV...Xbox verison has gotten hacked and it's just not fun as it was...plus the GBA features on Cube is so darn fun
