A few days ago I found a totally free GIF maker from Microsoft and it's pretty good for freeware. Just Google "Microsoft GIF Animator" and you can download it from several sources. I'm sure there are better GIF makers out there but if you're cheap like me the word "free" always sounds good.

I made the individual frames in MS Paint so it was all done with basic Microsoft utilities that didn't cost me a dime. Here's a brief tutorial for Microsoft GIF Animator:

That is quite interesting, though I do wish Pikachu wouldnt go boom like Maximillion Pegasus's wife in Yugioh.
