New Pokemon game for Wii

Pikachu's Big Adventure is slated for a December release in Japan. It looks like another spin on the mystery dungeon/hey you pikachu, but it's early to tell. No one knows if it will come to America however.
 
Looking at the image of pikachu and charizard with the health bars, could I finally dare to hope for a pokemon action title?
