Playing PAL Cube games on a NTSC US Cube?

Segatron Genesis... call me the wizard.
I've always known how to play JPN Games on a US Cube, but if I had a PAL game, what are the major effects when playing it? Do I need anything different to play it (Mods or Hertz switch)? Is the framerate effected on certain games?

Not that easy with PAL games. Yeah you do need some kind of converter and im almost positive that you will get some frame rate changes. I just dont know about any converters though.
 
yeah... I am not sure about PAL games at all...

I know JPN games are fine.. .but PAL.. that is another issue...
