PlayTV on PS3, but not quite the US yet

PlayTV. It's a DVR. Does anyone who has a PS3 honestly not have one? I mean, sure, you can move the shows to your PSP to watch, but that's kinda the only perk I see, and it'll probably make the PS3 cost more. That's not that good, either.

It's just an add-on I'm guessing. I'll get it for my PS3, cause when I move out, I won't have Comcast, so I won't have DVR.
