The Freeman
For I am born.

Gone are the days of the summer.
Gone are the days of the fall.
Gone are the days of the winter.
Gone are the days of the spring.
Gone are the days of the summer.
Gone are the days of the fall.
Gone are the days of the winter.
Gone are the days of the spring.
Gone are the days of the summer.
Gone are the days of the fall.
Gone are the days of the winter.
Gone are the days of the spring.
Gone are the days of the summer.
Gone are the days of the fall.
Gone are the days of the winter.
Gone are the days of the spring.

Gone are the days of my life.

Wow Hines, that kinda sucked. You said the same thing like 5 times. Wheres the creativity? Wheres the message behind it?

Yeah, that's got to be the simplest poem ever.

Well, I guess there is one fish, two fish, red fish, blue fish. You're tied with simplicity. Not awesomeness, though, there's a clear winner there.

I thought the repetition served some kind of purpose, but I think it would have been better if that was just a stanza of a large poem...You know like Elliot making an entire stanza out of just "This is how the world ends...", but there was more to his poem than that.
