I played the original Red, I was wondering if it is worth it for me to buy this new game. I know the game is the same, but it would definitley bring back some good memories. Who has this game? and what do you think of it?
 
If you have the original then I dont think that it would be worth it to buy it again. But if you dont and you really like the game then maybe you should pick it up.
 
If you have other friends with the game, then yes. The wireless battles are pretty cool.

Otherwise, it's probably best to just rent it. 2-on-2 battles and updated graphics are the only real changes. There's also a feauture where it shows you the last thing you did when you continue a saved game, so you wont get lost.

the not getting lost thing is cool...becuase there's soooo many rpgs that I put down for a bit then I come back to and I just think "huhhh?" but it is basically the same game.
 
Even though its the same game, I might still get it. It is one of the first Rpgs that I remember playing. I have some really good memories with that game. :)
 
it is the same as red except you can catch the pokemon from gold, silver and crystal and you can go to seven island as a bonus thing
