Pokemon NetBattle is a Online Battle Simulator - That is, you battle people online. But you probably knew that.
All of the Pokemon are at your disposal, minus some of the very latest ones (e.g. Munchlax). You can give the Pokemon any move they can learn, with some exceptions (e.g Invalid Breeding Combos.)
All you need is a Computer and an Internet Connection. And about 16MB of Hard Drive Space.
