Power Rangers

I used to, back when Power Rangers was actually good. My brother starting watching it around the time they did the one with the animals (was it Wild Force or something like that?) and that season wasn't too bad.
 
Same here, thats about the time I quit. Billy was the man....at least until Green/White/Gold/Whateverothercolor Ranger came along. :p
 
Sucks that the original actress, who was the pink ranger died in a car wreck =(

I liked Jason, the white ranger, but MM is right. After he became the leader, I think the show went downhill.
 
I agree that after Disney bought Saban that the show got worse, I don't watch the newer seasons but they are still based on Super Sentai so they are still alright.
 
This reminds me of a funny conversation I had at work a few weeks ago (I work with little kids in skiing)

Boy (5 years old): Do you watch Power Rangers?
Me: Well, back when I was your age I used. Like the really old episodes.
Boy: Like (insert recent series here)?
Me: Nope, older then that.
Boy: (Thinks, then recalls another series about a year older then the one he just said)
Me: Nope. Much much older then that even. Back when there were 5 rangers: Red, Blue, Black, Yellow, and Pink. Well, there was a green one too, who was evil at first, then became good, etc.
Boy: (shock and awe)

If you didn't catch it already, I was a big Power Rangers fan back in the day. I stopped watching it when it became "uncool" at my age, which was somewhere near the end of the Lord Zed series methinks..

Anyone haha? Has anyone seen the new series that just came out Jungle Fury, I saw one episode out of like 8 they have out and I thought it was decent, nothing compared to MMPR but decent.

See, that's pretty sad...when you have to say, "No" twice to tell that person and say, "MUCH older than that"...I just grew a gray hair thinking about this.... :lol
