Hey everyone,

About a month ago I got a PS2 demo disk in the mail. I get these every once in a while, so I was pretty happy. I put it in and started to play some of the cool games on it. Well it ended up getting late, so I went to bed. The next morning I woke up and checked my email. PS2 Underground sent me an email saying there was a virus on the demo and that they were very sorry. I quickly ran to my ps2 and checked my memory card. All my game data was erased! I was pretty mad. I had a lot of good games on there.

Has this ever happened to anyone, where all your data was lost? It was pretty frustrating but I got over it.

Whoa! Your in some ish! That has never happened to me and how the hell did a virus get on a demo disc? I dont know something is shady about that.

Yup I heard of that. And to make it up they are giving away free games to those who lost their data. You should check up on that.

What do you mean free games? A free game of your choice right? Cause I know they'll try and give you some crap like "Ford Racing 2" or something. :lol

Well I did find it, but the games I would get wouldnt be worth my time to send in my disk. Thanks for the post, but it isnt that big of a deal anymore.

Wow..see..to me any free game would be worth the time it takes to mail something.

Great! What games were offered? Also, I think they would know since they sent you an email stating that they sent you a virus.

GT3 was the best game on the list. Another one was ATV offroad.

I lost all my TimeSplitters 2 that way :hh
