I haven't played the PS3 version, but I have played the Wii and 360 version, and the Wii version is better. I never liked the wireless guitars they made for that game, there was always a bit of lag in response time that didn't occur on the original wired controller. I'm not sure why it is exactly, but the Wii version minimizes this "lag" of sorts.
