PS3's Football Troubles

Wow, the Xbox 360 version of Madden is running at 60 fps, and the PS3 version is running at only 30 fps? Why the drastic change? Even the 2k game is looking better on the 360 and that's brand new. I'm kind of confused. Post opinions and thoughts.

im not sony bashing, but they say the ps3 is harder to develop for, and i truly beleive it is.

it might be, but im not very sure. but i know that sonys development tools for ps3 arnt the easiest to use
