Quick Drawing

Superman

The Wheel is Turning, But the Hamster is Dead
I did a quick drawing a few days ago and decided to put it on here in case anyone wanted to see it. I did it in about 20 minutes, so don't expect too much.

Feel free to comment about it. Just know that I already know its horrible :D

And for those of you who want to know, this was done a piece of notebook paper with a No. 2 pencil. Maybe I should ink it?

lol you copied the wrong URL. Use the one in the box under the picture when you click on it. (if that makes any sense...) :-\

Thank you, but there are lots of obvious errors. Yeah, it was done quick which would explain it, but you can see the hilt doesn't match up with the blade quite, adn its crooked. The shading job is kinda iffy and the outline is pretty crooked. Still, thanks for the compliment. I just think that it could be a lot better.

maybe it was a hard heart?

Bv :hat

:lol Well, that would explain the cracks through it. I might redo it sometime and make it better. Who knows.

I wish I didn't suck at drawing.

Well, I guess if you want to learn there is two things you can do:

1. Take an art class of some kind.

2. Learn on your own. I learned (sort of) from just doodling in my notebook.

What do you mean? Like, made them look interesting or just drew straight lines, or what?

It's kind of hard to describe, but he somehow was able to give them emotions through poses that he drew. For example, he slightly slouched the back, shaded part of the head, and that was a sad stick figure. He also could do some Dragon Ball poses, even though he never drew muscles on the figures.

I think i get what your talking about. Its pretty cool when someone can take something as simple as stick figures and give them a more dynamic feature.

It just takes practice and good constructive critism. You could take art classes, but I never bothered until this year. I still learned a lot that I didn't know before.

some people just arent good drawers no matter how much they practice. Like me

Ive practiced alot and taken art classes but I just cant draw
