I've played it on an emulator, it's pretty bad. It's a rare game though, but I would say it's only worth buying for collection purposes as there's lots of better fighters on the NGCD, as we all know.

I used to know some people (at the old boards) that seem to like it.... but no one really discusses this game.

I didn't play it for very long, but I just remember it being not very much fun to play. The review I read at another site compares it to a crappy version of Killer Instinct.
 
Its overall a game that plays like Primal Rage and Killer Instinct, slow and strange. but overall the graphics look cool and the music is top notch. Fun game to add to collection overall. I own it on CD and MVS kit.
