i beat the game, beat assignment ada, beat separate ways, bought the infinite launcher, bought the chicago typewriter. where do i get the P.R.L. 412.? (note, this is the wii version of the game)

Nope, ya gotta start from scratch on pro mode and beat it if you want the lazer.
 
None of the weapons unlocked in Normal mode are available in Pro. You have to start it just like a new game. There's no tactical vest to buy in this mode either. I got through Pro much easier using the special costume 2 set. With Ashley in her knight's armor you don't need to worry about her at all. It's also useful to stick 'Knight Ashley' in the middle of enemy infested rooms and let them swarm her. Then you can just hang back and pick them off from a distance (even grenades can be used without harming her). It's worth the trouble if you want the PRL, but it's kind of a hassle to actually use it in the game.
