Alright, here's the American edition. A little bit of good news and some bad news.

Good News. This fall for North America on XBLA and PSN.

Bad News. No psychical disc, downloadable only, and it's two separate purchases. The Japanese get an actual disc.

Yeah, that is a bit of crappy news, but it's something. I'm a sucker for RE4 and I can't play CV due to my Dreamcast not being able to read discs at the moment.
