I must admit,I was impressed with replay value of RE4 and Bully.

All RE games, all GTA games, all Silent Hill games, all Metal Gear games, any Mario, Halo series, and most racing games.
 
Replay value?
Well, I replay games just for fun, for example, KotOR, Dark Cloud, Kingdom Hearts, etc.
But I will agree with x2 on the Metal Gear series. They have great replay value.
