Sigh, Mario Kart Wii is a Single-Layer DVD and having problems as well

Segatron Genesis... call me the wizard.
Nintendo of Japan reported that a small percentage of disc problems with Mario Kart Wii, the game would freeze or crash while playing, the reason is that the game is on a Dual Layer DVD, a small percentage of Wii console were not able to read these discs probably due to dust or other problems with the laser.

That's weird because there are conflicting reports that some have confirmed that the disc isn't even dual-layer. I wonder what's up. :-\

Actually, the reports are correct. Mario Kart is not on a Dual-Layer disc and that Nintendo is unaware of the problem.

let's remember the fact that there's tons of kids that have a wii, in other words thid small percentage might come from these little kids that don't take care of their wiis

No, because Nintendo has stated that that is a major cause of the problems with Wii disc. Brawl, in particular.

No, you just pointed out something I already knew. In fact, you never proved me wrong in any way. I said smoking isn't the only way to ruin it, and you said it was a major problem...which I had never said it wasn't.

1st is a small percentage of people
2nd brawl's problem was that it was a dual-layer disc and a damaged laser would not read the game
3rd this is not the case with mario kart, is a single layer game
4th remember that kids own wii's kids don't take of their wii
5th ergo this small percentage comes from millions of people that have bought a wii so it's not a big deal
6th i'll love the fact that you won't answer to this because you don't have anything intelligent to counter this.
