Anyone pick this up yet? I bought it yesterday, but have not opened it yet. I want to get some opinions on yet before opening it. I tried to rent it, but it is not available yet at Blockbuster.

Played a demo on 360. Looks pretty clever.
 
There is no demo, I just checked. Maybe its on an OXM disk...

Anyways, I have the full game and it rocks. I already beat it (maybe a 15 hour campaign) and the multiplayer is unplayable due to lag. But, it is worth a rent for sure.

The game has been out for two days and you've already beaten the single player campaign. How many hours striaght were you playing it. :lol
 
I didn't have to work today. I started playing at about 11 yesterday until 3:30, then went to work. Started playing at about 11 pm until 1 pm. Woke up, started playing at about 11 and beat it at about 7:45. That's about 15 hours and 15 minutes, probably closer to 14 taking into account eating and bathroom breaks.

Plus, I have 495 achievement points.
 
Wow I can't play a game from 11-7:45...no way... my eyes would start to hurt. But thats cool you like the game, i was thinking about this one also
 
I've played Metroid Zero Mission from 8AM to 5PM, without even realizing it. It's not hard.

Yeah, I saw that it was not there. I bought it at Circuit City because it is $49.99 there this week. I guess I will open it and try it tomorrow.
 
Yeah, I was really into the game. Easily one of the best, most interesting stories I've seen in a game. That combined with the insane fun of the game makes it hard to put down.
 
They share a similar level of detail and somewhat similar gameplay. You can talk to people and get sidequests like in Riddick. I wouldn't say they play the same, but you can see Riddick's influence in things such as executions.
 
IGN gave it a 7.7... that pushes me away... i think im gonna get Guitar Hero II instead

Don't trust one site. I personally use gamerankings cause it complies all the ratings into an average. The Darkness got an 8.5 there by the way...
