most of the time I just keep it simple and put mustard, sometimes I'll put relish as well but not very often
 
I like my Dirty-Water Dogs to have the works (when I go back to NJ or NYC that is since FL has nothing like that). Not sure what they guy puts on them. I guess Sauerkraut, Onions, Mustard, Hot-Peppers, etc......

What about Boca hot dogs? Don't they make those? I eat boca veggie burgers and boca chicken patties...there must be hot dogs too, or not?

You mean the type that are boiled in beer?? Best dogs I ever had were boiled in Coors beer.

No, the ones in the Hot Dog Stands/Trucks outside the parks. But I have had them boiled in beer before and they are good! I think my friend used Amstel Lite though.
