My friends and I decided that we needed some major spice in our lives, so we consumed some habanero peppers (hottest in the world). Mild language.

The hottest chilli pepper is the Bhut Jolokia.

The Habenero scores 300,000 on the Scoville Units scale. The Bhut Jolokia scores just over 1,000,000 on the same scale.

but they are really hard to come by. they don't travel well so unless you are in the indian mountains or want to pay an arm and a leg, good luck.

you can purchase pure capsaisin (sp?) online. it will also cost you an arm and a leg but it will be even hotter then the bhut jolokial

Hehe. :lol I know. I could eat jalapenos like they are candy all day. But habaneros are a bit different. I could eat them in salsa, but not alone. I have my limits. Besides, whatever burns going down is bound to burn going out.
