The new Metallica album debuts on GUITAR HERO 3?

Apparently so, but not Rock Band?? $14.99 for the entire album to be downloaded and only played on GH3, this Friday.
 
Metallica only reserved the right to premiere the single off Death Metallic(or whatever) on Rock Band, but chose not to exercise it.
