I'm waiting for the price to drop to $20 or less, preferably somewhere around $15. I was only mildly impressed with the first for a short period of time, I think the collision detection system needs a complete reworking as right now it's just awful. Could be the innate UT player in me with my desire to jump off of everything, but I can't remember a time where I actually made it through a campaign (probably even two consecutive levels) without getting stuck somewhere in the geometry of the game world and dying.

Don't even get me started on versus mode, I still have yet to hit anyone when I'm a tank even though every computer on the LAN shows my hands pummeling my buddies beyond recognition.

:? Has anyone else seen this issue? No lag was present?

I haven't heard of that before. That would tick me off as well.

I'm pumped for L4D 2 though. I REALLY hope they tie the 2 games together under 1 splash screen or main game menu.
