The PSP's screen

impresses me... I finally got my hands on one up close and am very impressed with the look/feel of it all. The bigger screen is more appealing to me than the DS's two small screens and the PSP design feels more solid to me than the DS light's design...

I'm not convinced on buying one 'til some killer PSP-only games come out for it though, but the multimedia applications seem a little appealing too...

You could have tried mine out :lol ...

Anyway... The screen is nice, but it's uncomfortable to hold for a long period of time... IMO even more so than the original DS... and the system may look nice, but I always found it more fragile.

I am playing Socom on it... and the other night I was just chilling out (I took 2 days off of everything... I had to just chill for a bit)... and without warning (online) the game just shuts off... battery died after 2 hr 20 min. :-\ Takes almost longer than that to charge it up. YEah... games last about 3 1/2 hr- 5 hr without the wifi on... but man, once you turn wifi on... say good buy. It's not cool to play it with the charger and all.

BUT.. I do like Socom online. I am a little ticked as I have the headset with mic... and no one can hear me on the mic :hh yeah... the Sony headphones sound great... but the mic doesn't pick up crap. Huzzah... :

I am a bit upset by that. But at least I finally foun 4 games I enjoy for the system...

Yeah I love the screen too, it is so nice to look at and makes the DS screen look outdated. I havent played any games online yet but you seem to make it seem quite fun, hopefully in the future I will find a game that will allow it. i am up to six games for it (tales of eternia in the mail and should be here monday-wednesday I hope!)

The only thing I can think of that I don't like about the screen is that my fingers smudge it a lot. It's too close to the buttons in my opinion.

I feel ya. The fingers don't just smudge the screen but the whole unit.
