Trouble with the new Prince of Persia

Has anyone played the new Prince of Persia game? I'm stuck on the giant boss who looks like an ogre with no lower jaw ::D
I'm wondering if their is a glitch? I can't even injure him no matter what I try?
 
I doubt it's a glitch. It's probably like Zelda where there is an actual strategy to defeating him other than just wacking away. Maybe he has one small weak spot or maybe there's some object in the room you use..I bet it's just something like that. Good luck, and have you checked game faqs for walkthrough's?
 
I checked Gamefaqs out. It was very helpful, but one of the walkthroughs did say there is a glitch with some of the games in this situation. I guess I'll start over and hope the glitch goes away on the next go through :D
 
It's not a glitch lol, you have to hit him in sweet spots using the speed skill system from a certain place in the arena. Trust me this guy is nothing compared to the other bosses, which are more likely annoying than actually hard.
