I have "ZELDA:OCARINA OF TIME/MASTER QUEST".What does capturing a "POE" in a bottle or buying it do for you?

Once you capture all ten and sell them to the guy in the guardhouse of Future Castle Town, you get another bottle.

You can also drink the Poes, but it has random effects I think. I wouldn't recommend it. You're better off to do it the way fhq said.
