Fahrenheit - I saw some trailers for this on www.gametrailers.com but, naturally, there was nothing about this from any site at E3 because it wasn't Zelda or Halo.

Looks interesting - reminds me of The Day After Tomorrow. I'm curious about how it will turn out.

There are some really fantastic looking games coming out for PS2 this year - it really annoys me they were glossed over at E3

Back to this again? :p Well, I saw Fahrenheit at E3. Didn't play it, but it was there. If anyone's to blame, it's the media for going gaga over all of the sequels instead of actually covering new games.

There's a little bit of information on Fahrenheit in the July issue of Game Informer (the Metroid Prime 2 issue). I don't think that issue is out yet unless you're a subscriber though. But the story seems interesting.

Just grabbed this article:
Sammy Studios informed VGLN.com today of the upcoming video game based on the award-winning Fox Television Studios police show The Shield. The Emmy and Golden Globe winning series has become very popular in recent months. The series follows hard-nosed police detective Vic Mackey and his special unit Strike Team. Assigned to the toughest criminal syndicates, Vic and the Strike Team define a new form of policing on The Shield, forming a virtual bulwark against what they perceive as civil degradation in Farmington. To create an authentic video game experience based on the show, Sammy Studios is working closely with Fox Television Studios and the show's creators. The Shield video game is being developed by Point Of View, Inc., and is slated for release on home consoles in Spring 2005. This game is not yet rated.
Players will control Vic in a living, breathing Farmington, engaging in perilous assignments ranging from busting crack dens to thwarting bank robberies. Much like the series, Vic and the Strike Team will delve into the grayest areas of the law, fighting a war on crime where the ends justify the means. In addition to the raw action that undergirds the gameplay, players will be able to employ tactics used by Vic on the show, including intimidating suspects, employing brute force, accepting and offering bribes and planting incriminating evidence. The game will also let players choose between the right and wrong side of the law, with Vic walking a thin line while trying to accomplish missions, maintain the respect of his men, keep his politically ambitious police captain happy, pad his retirement fund and, above all, avoid Internal Affairs.
Sammy Studios is working in cooperation with the show's creators to ensure that the game recreates the same action and visceral emotional impact as the show. THE SHIELD has grown tremendously in popularity in just two seasons, enjoying a 24% growth in average viewers in the male 18-34 demographic between season one and two. With an average of 3.3 million viewers Tuesdays at 10 PM for season two, THE SHIELD maintained its position as the most watched original drama series in basic cable. THE SHIELD returns to FX for its third season beginning on Tuesday, March 9 at 10 PM ET/PT.

I saw the trailers for Capcom Fighting Jam. That looks pretty hot. It's going on my list of wanted games.

So that's 3 now for the PS2:
FFXII
Capcom Fighting Jam
Champions: Return to Arms

Let's see....

Armored Core: Nexus
Kingdom Hearts 2 (still need to finish the first)
FF: XII
GTA: San Andreas
God of War
Devil May Cry 3 (still haven't done the first)
Star Ocean 3
Jak 3
Ratchet & Clank: Up Your Arsenal

Others.....

Hey,
Metal Gear, Metal Gear, oh, did I mention I was excited about Metal Gear!?!......Other than that, GTA SA,God of War, Killzone, and the new FF are the games I'm looking forward to....

Well, here are some that I am looking forward to:

Final Fantasy XII
Gran Turismo 4
Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas
Midnight Club: DUB Edition
Need For Speed: Underground 2

Also, I may get Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater. I played the Demo on the latest OPM DVD, and it wasn't as 'awesome' as I was expecting it to be. Don't get me wrong, the graphics and everything are VERY cool! Playing in the jungle is VERY different than what I am use to. lol That may be the reason I wasn't as excited about it. But, this may change when I play the full game. I hope so. Metal Gear Solid is one of my favorite franchises! :D

I want to get my hands on a demo of Killzone. I'm interested in that. I want to see how it plays. Supposedly at GameStop if you reserve Killzone you get a demo but my store hasn't gotten any of the demos. :(
