I just got a sweet projector, and I want to hook up my wii Hi-def. I don't have component in. Only VGA, S-video and Standard yellow. It looks like crap on a 100" screen standard def. Anybody manage to get a Wii to VGA cable in North American? if so how?
 
Hmm, I don't think you can. My friend has an HD cable for the Wii and a projector, but they aren't compatible, IIRC.
 
So you couldn't do a component in on a projector? I haven't done enough with projectors to know.

But the Wii comes with the standard composite yellow video and stero cables, right?
The N64 and Snes had a S-video cable... I wonder if any 3rd party companies or Nintendo.com has an S-video Wii cable. That'll probably be your best bet.
