If I manage to get a Point Card, do I buy Phantasy Star II or wait and see if Earthbound'll show up?

I would probably just use it on Phantasy Star II. I hope they bring Earthbound to the VC someday, but at this point I'm not going to hold my breath. 
I'm sure they will eventually but who knows when that'll be.
