I've only played one and that's Ridge Racer 6 and I must say I'm not a huge fan. People just race all crazy on there. Sometimes I wish there wasn't nitrous so people would actually race instead of trying to get as much nitrous as possible. I guess that's why I haven't won too many matches so far because I just refuse to race that way.
