What do you think of Xbox 360's new look?

Although it is a while until release, lets face it, so far this looks likes the evil twin to the big black box we know and love.

I personally think Xbox's look>Xbox 360's look.
 
The faceplate thing is retarded. Whoop-de-do, so the front looks different. The rest of the box is still white. Or if you get a different skin, the rest of it is that color. It wont be matching at all.......
 
im not to fond of the colours my self i think they could have made the colours better then what they did the whole plain white thing is way to plain.
 
I don't think it looks bad. I'm not really into the whole waste money on a faceplate thing, but that's their way of trying to cheat little kids of their money. Knowing MS, it'll probably be like $20 per faceplate.

You could always paint it...?
 
I don't mind the colors.... I just don't like the shape.

I do like the glossy look though.

There is something about the shape though I don't like. Its like a DVD player from 2002.... but it looks like one that is cheaper.
Maybe I am wrong.. maybe I just need to see it in person.

microsoft wanted people to associate the xbox with a user friendly "everyones" machine. in oror to do that they needed to

1.make it smaller
2. a stylish took
3. have the least amount of cords possible
4.xbox live has a "free" service to everyone.
 
I personally like it. It's smaller, and it's white. I think silver and black are so played out now, so it's nice to see a change. I'm still not too keen on the change to the controller, though.
 
the look is not bad but it reminds me a lot of a PC/i like the controller do (it looks so much better then the one for XBOX)
revolution reminds me of PS2 kind a
the one i like the most is PS3 because it looks the most originall/hate the controller do(why couldn't they just stick with the PS1 ans PS2 look)
 
Truthfully, who cares what the console looks like? If the Xbox was shaped like a two-foot square picture frame and had to be hung on the wall, I still would have bought it. It's how the games and the TV look, the console doesn't matter.
