What I am supposed to be doing right now.

Hmmm.........right now, I am supposed to be memorizing 35 lines of Hamlet for my Advanced Placement English class. Hah!  How in the world am I sposed to do that? It is his famous "to be or not to be" speech.  I have the first 4 lines done.  Its due tomorrow.  I have to write out the entire thing. 

Is there anyone else here thats ever had to do this?  What the heck is the point?
 
It's a memory skill :) Helps in the long run. Much like giving a speech without the need of quotes or help cards...
 
I pretty much gave up. I maybe be able to memorize 10 lines max by tomorrow. I have a report due the day after that anyway, hopefully I can do well on it and boost my grade.
 
Either write little notes that you can keep in your pocket or write them on your hand just in case your in a pickle. :lol
