Oh man..only if they were sold here in USA. I got a wallpaper of a Skyline, go to the "Creative" forum and check it out.Nato said:my fav car is the Nissan Skyline :![]()
They're from Japan Bv, Skylines are said to be a street beast! The car is just simply amazing! Im sure you've seen a few pics of it before. You can get them in USA but you have to go through tons of inspections, etc to get it legally in the USA. It would take tons of money to import a Skyline and get it legally, you just might as well buy a Dodge Viper or something. $50,000 - $100,000 I believe is the price range to get a Skyline, but Im not sure about the price though might be lower than that.Bluevoodu said:where is the skyline produced... and why can't you get them in the US?

I dont think anyone is going to be able to get close to one, an actual one.maiden fan said:My favorite car is a Lamborgini Diablo . I will probably never even be within 10 feet of one though. :'(
Oh man..I guess I cant drive one of those then, Im taller than 5'9". Noooo! Well I really didn't have intentions of driving one anyways, but when I was younger that's all I wanted, Vipers, Lambos, Elise, etc. I didn't know at the time that they were expensive cars. *laughs at his dreams when he was younger*Dart said:Some old guy owned it.
Vipers are small inside. If you're taller than 5'9" then your knee will knock up against the dash while shifting. The one I saw had a radio. And it was a GTS. Maybe the RT/10s had radio delete?? Dunno. Anyway, they're fast. They pull all the way through 6th. But I didn't hot rod it. I just pulled it in to get new tires. But I talked with the owner for a while.
Naw I dont want anything that exotic, I want to actually get a stock car and build it to my desire myself ya' know? Its just something about doing stuff your own and appreciating it more. $40-50,000 is a bit much for a car anyways, I rather just get an Rx-7 and put about $10,000 into it and save the rest for something else. Im not into exotic cars that much since you rarely see them on the road.Dart said:Bman, buy an Elan then. It's about $40-50 grand. It's mostly Toyota parts. At least the engine and transaxle is. And the good thing is Lotus is importing them to the U.S!!! But don't expect a trunk or much room. It's also a 2 seater.
